I tend to think that the OPW is genuine. It was most likely altered to a screwback, and then reconverted to suspension and the number somewhat re-engraved. Let's hear Alexei's opinion on this one.

I just noticed this thread. I agree, the OGPW looks OK, except for the replaced enamel and the suspension. It was obviously converted to screwback and back to the suspension. I can't quite tell from the pictures, but I think it's possible that the ring could be genuine as well.
