Re: More treasures from Lithuania (balticcollections)
Mark, the order's book is 100% legit. As far as the orders, other than nevsky, I didn't spend any time looking at them, since the nevsky and hand-writing of newly engraved numbers and "D" was more than enough for me :-)) Now, revisited the pics again, and yes, PW1 and RB are outright fakes.
So, carefull, guys, as they get better and better. I just wish there was some law to stop this for good, and/or fine them financially for their scam. Last edited by AlexF.; 01-03-2012 at 11:59 AM. |

Re: More treasures from Lithuania (balticcollections)
Alex,
What do you mean by "legit"? If you mean that the booklet itself is genuine, I have no argument with that. If you mean that the entries in it are genuine, then I'll have to respectfully disagree with you (but, as usual, that's just my opinion, nothing more :D). Marc |

Marc, the order's book and ALL entries in it are 100% genuine. And, as always, I can documentally prove everything I state.

Yeap, the booklet's authenticity has been confirmed by research.
BTW, here's the genuine Nevsky that belonged to this person. Alexei |

Gents,
Currently on the well-known auction site. Let's just say that our valorous double Glory winner is nowhere to be found on podvig - at least under the name listed in "his" OK. Regards, slava1stclass |
