Badge "Druzhinnik".
This badge and document set is quite early (1962). The badge is no different than the Russian badge of the period- brass, hot enamel, pin back with MMD mint mark (I've also seen mirror reverse badges with LMD marks from the same period). Later badges are of a more distinctively Ukrainian design in light alloy and paint.
The document features the badge design on the cover, with the left inside in Ukrainian and the right inside in Russian. There is no area for a photo at this stage of the game. First, the badge:
