Col. 14th Michigan Infantry 1862, Campaign against Atlanta - 1867 Built Fort Sander, Wyo. & served at Fort Bridger. He also served in Bannock Campaign.Letter dated Feb. 4, 1887 to Lt. A.M. Brewster - 10th Inf. States that the Headquarters will be transferred to the post terminating your position as Quartermaster. I want to thank you for your zealous & faithful discharge of your very duty in trusted to you. Very truly yours, Henry R. Mizner, Lt. Col. 10th Infantry.
