Here is the complete group to Lieutenant-Colonel Of Militsia Oleg Kindratovich Chornij of the Ternopil' City Department Of Internal Affairs.

Chornij was born on 16th October 1965 in Ternopil' and attended the Student Courses of the Faculty #3 of the Ukrainian SSR MVD Academy in Ivano-Frankovsk between September 1983 and August 1988 whilst also studying English at the Ivano-Frankovsk Pedagogical Institute Named Vasilij Stefanik.

He was a Detective-Operative of the City Department Of Internal Affairs of Ternopil' between September 1988 and June 2004 - A total of 15 years and 9 months service. At the same time he started work as a teacher at the Specialised Comprehensive School #3 in Ternopil', although he continued to work there until July 2013.

After leaving the police he became head of security at the company "Roveks" in Ternopil' between January 2007 and September 2012.

In mid July 2013 he was caught up in the political scandal surrounding Ruslan Tokar and his "Just Country" Party and moved to Kiev and fell on hard times.

His first award was the Chest Badge "For Distinction In Service".

Awarded on 16th December 2000 by Order #526 of the Department Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of Ternopil' Oblast.

His second award, the Medal "For Conscientious Service" III Class.

Awarded on 17th December 2003 by Order #562 of the Department Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of Ternopil' Oblast. A 10 years service award after 15 years and 4 months into service.

Awarded on 20th December 2003 by Order #588 of the Department Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of Ternopil' Oblast. A 15 years service award only three days after a 10 years service award.
