Re: Grigoriy Kupriyanovich Kisliak
This group could either be a long service group or a five year plan group.
According to the Ukaz of 12th February 1948 these "Black Metal" workers would receive the following. 5/10 Years Medal "For Labour Distinction" 10/15 Years Medal "For Labour Valour" 15/20/25 Years Order "Red Banner Of Labour" 20 Years Order "Badge Of Honour" 20/25 Order "Lenin" These 5 year difference between the two Orders presented here don't really add up. I haven't yet been able to find an 18th August 1975 Ukaz but there is a 5th October 1966 "за выдающиеся успехи, достигнутые в выполнении заданий семилетнего плана по перевозкам народнохозяйственных грузов и пассажиров, строительству, ремонту и содержанию автомобильных дорог". Maybe a change of vocation after the restoration which would mean no long service awards but would still be awarded for Five Year Plan successes.
