Army Captain Blue uniform?

I was doing a search for soviet uniforms on ebay china and found the uniform in pics below. According to seller:

This is soviet red army blue uniform. Brand new condition. Shoulder boards, collar tabs, jacket and trousers included. Jacket size 48-4 and pants size 42-2-2.

That was a translation by me from my knowledge of chinese. My question is that is it genuine (apart from the collar tabs)? I have never ever seen a blue uniform before.

The blue color in the image is most likely the result of misused camera flash.

The uniform is probably unissued.

I think its air force parade tunic with infantry parade collar tabs and artillery collar insignia. Also the boards are parade infantry captain. Can anyone verify this?

Well if the flash made red look pinkish shouldnt the flash have made dark blue look light blue?

never mind, i blew up the image to 800% and found some purple in the cuffs. I think that means red cuz blue and red equals purple. But that still doesnt explain the tanks on the collar tabs.

The pants also have purple on them.

It could be a militsia (police) uniform with army insignia applied.

Yep, the Air Force officer's parade uniform is a dark blue with sky blue piping. The shoulder marks are also edged and piped with the same color sky blue.

cuffs

I am not sure what the flash would have to do with the cuff piping; the flash would not make red cuff piping into blue piping.

As for the tanks, they are easy to add to any uniform; since its probably a uniform off E, don't trust anything about it.
