but among all in this post i could not find the same looking one...

ant this badge has number 6239.

Could you tell me when this badge could be issued and what could be value of the badge (so if i sell or trade it i would not make big mistake)

I'd be surprised if it is worth more than $100 despite what the cataloge says, but its being numbered adds to it's value.
