I have this award book, came with Red Banner and OGPWII for Hachaturian Mamikon Sagatelovich.
Need help with the year for the Red Banner. The award docs are available from podvig***** for his Red Star (1944, Kerch), OGPWII (shown). For Red Banner, there's a doc (shown) for Mamikon SAGOMONOVICH, same unit, so must be a mistake in the patronimic. Question, is it possible that such high numbered Red Banner s/n 372xxx was awarded in April 1945?

Mamikon Sagomonovich is definitely the same person as Mamikon Sagatelovich. In my opinion, the Red Banner is a catch-up award (awarded in May 1945 but presented to him in 1950 or 1951). The order booklet was filled out in 1947, and the Red Banner was obviously added after that date. But if you research his record card, that will confirm it.

One other thing I noticed, when you do search on podvig naroda site you can do extended search using just part of the surname and other options - may be useful if you cannot find your recepient straight away.
