What I do is get an inexpensive, but at least a bit classy-looking curtain rod, enough non-piercing clips to put one about every three-four inches which prevents "sagging" curves in the top. It also holds the flag at least two inches from the wall so no contact wear, and if you want to flip them around to show the other side it is very easy.

The map is actually a pre-war airshow display/route map that was performed in Baku on air force day.

Thanks and makes sense. It appeared to be a shore with the water was on the eastern side.
