According to this second Record Card he was awarded (but not issued) a Red Star on 26th October 1945.

The Red Star was awarded by the 2nd Rifle Division of the 1st Army Of Polish Forces.

Fortunately this rather interesting group can be rebuilt with the exception of the Long Service Red Star. Hopefully some more information can be dug up on those two Polish awards.
