Badge "Excellent In The Ministry Of Light Industry".
The Badge "Excellent In Ministry Of Light Industry" was a ministerial award of the People's Republic Of Bulgaria for workers of the Ministry Of Light Industry for excellent work in production and management etc. in the factories under the ministry. It seems to date from the late 1970's to early 1980's as I have seen awards dating from 1978-1982.

Here is the matching document to Anna Hristova Stojanova dating from 14th July 1978 and actually signed by the minister rather than the usual rubber stamping.
