Badge "30 Years Of The Higher Political School Of The MVD".

There is only one more type that is significantly different in style (but a total of 4 more) that I don't have of these, but of course I am always looking.:)

This one is a 30th anniversary badge for the MVD VPU USSR school system that, according to what I can make of Rogov's history, began in 1944 with the military political academies where MVD officers trained before there were specific MVD higher/highest political schools.

(Sorry about the glare - the sun was just about gone so I had to get what light I could to avoid using a flash.:D)
