Thanks neferet I really enjoy adding this one to the collection. The green is great in person and is very vibrant and sticks out amid all the other visors I own. Clete

In my collection of hats, I already have the "normal" now playing find the generals and marshals, but it's hard to get them...:) at a good price. I see you have a large collection of hats .... What is your favorite?

Regards,
Antonio

I do like the senior rank uniforms and visors; just good stuff to me. As for a favorite visor, it is just so hard to pick only out! I remember the 1st one (m45 air force generals - do you ever forget your first) which I got from DougD. At the time he had this other visor on hand and he told me about three or four times that if I wanted to collect Soviet visors then I NEEDED to buy this one he had: It was my first marshal's visor and the second Soviet visor I ever bought!! Good advice Doug! Thanks Clete

there are those 1/6th pieces around :idea that would fit nice in your cap space.

nice cap man !! i wish i could spare that amount of money.
but i'm a poor nurse so i have to go with the less high graded stuff.

Thanks Ser-g. Have to pass on the 1/6th sized tunics - just not my style.

I feel your pain on not being able to buy the higher end stuff. I was like that for years and years. For me as I got older and got better jobs I was able to afford the nicer stuff. Nearly all of what I have purchased was purchased on a payment plan over months. DougD (as well as other vendors I buy from) are very patient when it comes to making payments when buying new stuff. Without DougD's patience and understanding (along with other vendors) I would not be able to get such nice items for my collection. My thanks to Doug for that. clete
