Dolf,

You've seen fake NKVD docs, as well as other paperwork, which are more complex than certifiicates that Paul issues.

Anyone with the color printer and laminator can reproduce identical certificate. What makes Paul's certificate valuable is the fact that he keeps track of his certificates and will guarantee / provide more details when needed.

Problem is that in the future, when Paul not in the business anymore - there will be no one to back up his guarantees.
