Captain Aleksandr Jakovlevich Dubrovskij, 57th Rifle Division, Halkin Gol

Hi guys,

Here's a small nice set to SA Captain Aleksandr Dubrovsky in my collection. Dubrovsky served in the TransBaikal military district and was in Khalkin Gol as assistant battery commander with the 57th Rifle Division, 234 (57) artillery regiment. He later served in the Great Patriotic War but was severely wounded early on and was a staff officer for the remainder of the time. Unfortunately I don't have his only numbered Soviet award--a GPW-2 for wounds received.

Dubrovsky's 1970 "catch up" Combat Valor award is also listed in Urnukh's book.
