Orden "Lázaro Peña" de Primer Grado

A) Trabajadores que hayan merecido el reconocimiento de Vanguardia Nacional del Sindicato en sus respectivas actividades políticas, laborales y sociales, y que obtengan resultados extraordinarios acumulados a partir de la última condecoración otorgada.

1) El sobre cumplimiento de normas o tareas con la calidad requerida,
2) el incremento de la productividad del trabajo,
3) el ahorro en su puesto de trabajo o centro de trabajo
4) la disciplina laboral
5) la elevación de su nivel cultural y técnico o el de sus compañeros,
6) el trabajo voluntario en beneficio de la sociedad y
7) el aporte de inventivas, innovaciones y racionalizaciones.

B) A trabajadores que hayan permanecido en servicio activo durante un prolongado período de años y acumulado grandes méritos en su vida laboral

C) A empresas, establecimientos y unidades presupuestadas que hayan
alcanzado la condición de Vanguardias Nacionales por varios años y
acumulen extraordinarios resultados en el cumplimiento de los planes de
producción o servicios y demás índices de la emulación y obtengan la Placa de Tradición Heroica por tres ocasiones.

(los requisitos son los mismos que se establecen en el inciso A de la de primer grado)

B) a los trabajadores, campesinos y militares que habitualmente o con carácter voluntario permanecen, participen activamente y obtengan resultados destacados y sobrecumplen con éxito los requisitos que se establecen en cada zafra azucarera, ya sea como integrantes del Movimiento de Brigadas Millonarias o como macheteros o macheteras integrados en brigadas o grupos de trabajo,

C) a operadores de combinadas y alzadoras, choferes de camiones, tractoristas y carreteros que se dediquen al tiro de caña,

D) a trabajadores de la industria azucarera y a trabajadores de cualquier medio de transporte destinado al tiro de azúcar, así como a los trabajadores de los puertos vinculados a la actividad de zafra,

E) A empresas, establecimientos y unidades presupuestadas que hayan alcanzado la condición de Vanguardias Nacionales por varios años y acumulen extraordinarios resultados en el cumplimiento de los planes de producción o servicios y demás índices de la emulación y obtengan la Placa de Tradición Heroica por dos ocasiones.
