Police sleeve shield

Hello guys,

Do you know if this is an original Police sleeve shield? The enamel from the star ray doesn't look like it should be. A forum member also told me that the prongs are not made from the good alloy.

Here is a known original piece from a fellow forum member I think. I couldn't find the old thread discussing these badges.

Thank you Alexei. This is what I thought when I received it. It makes a great addition to my collection. Those are not easy to come by. :)
