Red Army artillery gymnasterka jacket

Hi all, is this a GPW artillery jacket of a private? And could the belt and ammo pouch belong to it?

Hi,
The belt is good, but not as it is the ammunition for the SKS rifle. The collar tabs do not seem good for gymnasterka and M35 should be more photos of the collar tabs and gymnasterka.
