Badge "Honoured Railworker".
#61
There is a fine reference to Railworkers here - ISSUU - All for the front! All for Victory! by larisa titova. Available to view for free.

On ORKP-17 it states on page 174 "arrived on the rails with their locomotives series "Ea" and assigned to Borzja (Chita Oblast) Depot. The personnel of the four ORKP (17, 41, 61, 78) arrived without locomotives and immediately proceeded to their assembly.

Very much making something from nothing.

In the article is told that they already have handed their locomotives over to Shaulyai depot. It was after the Victory over Germany. But they recieved 15 locomotives from Amurskaya railroad later.
