Fake "Capture of" Campaign Medals
I don't see anything that jumps out at me saying, "fake!" Yes, the details are especially crisp, but that could be due to a number of legitimate reasons (good care among them). Even the "H" in Vienna has that curved look to it from top to bottom that is indicative of these medals. The only thing I cannot see well is the ring.

Sergio is right about the blue tint to the photos, but I'm not one to complain about photo quality.:D

With a little of photoshopping, the colours can be better balanced and the medal looks much better, in fact. I think you should post better pictures, 3aStalina;)

It was supposed to be a joke. There must be a smiley that mixes the sarcasm one and the wide grin. (:D;)?)

This one is going to either not sell or go for $20 + $10 shipping in a couple of hours. I find that pretty cheap for one in such condition. In fact, I'm not saying that this one is a fake, but it is here to make a point. I have been seeing so many of these and a few other campaign medals selling for very little and I am starting to wonder why. Sudden surplus? People trying to get out from the business or are prices just finally going back down to more sensible numbers?

Note: I darkened the first photo to highlight the details. The original color is in the second pic.

This medal looks good to me, however with a restored/replaced ring.

The Koenigsberg medal is one of the most numerous and therefore common campaign medals. It also doesn't have the draw of a Stalingrad, Leningrad, or Berlin - most places Westerners know fighting occurred.

I think $20 is a fairly reasonable price, though maybe slightly high for a medal in such condition. Due to the frequent availability I would recommend to hold out for something in better shape.

This Konigsberg is good (no interference, no repaired ring) with reasonable price 20$
Expensive shipping has made this price less acceptable.
On the whole in SU the prices of ordinary items have decreased for a long time (from 2007-2008)
The exclusive and perfect condition rarity remained expensive and did not fall in price.

Thanks guys. I expected it was real, I just wanted to make a point that the price for common items are dropping to meet more informed buyers.:)
