Supplemental Card stapled onto the inside back cover of his Identification Book listing his wife, Maria Ivanovna, and children, Vladimir (Jr.) born 1946, Pavel (ostensible named after his father) born 1949, and daughter Nataliya born 1954. It also summarizes his unit assignments and dates of service, as well as his medals as documented above. Missing from the group is his Victory over Germany Medal document.
