Silver stamps are very good. Is this made original tools or how they made it?

The silver punches are well-known and have been counterfeited too.

For a relatively small investment, a capable forger can make many times his investment in silver, enamel, and time on such a badge.

When presented with such a rare badge as this the natural reaction should be for all alarms to go up immediately.

I don't like the appearance of the construction, but especially the glossy, glassy, and poor quality (especially light blue lower portion) enamel. Look at the enamel under a 10x - there should be 70 years of very fine scratching from day to day wear or even missing on the red star. Thin enamel on such an exposed portion would either be pretty abused, or at least worn.

USSR,

IMHO, very similar to present-day production.
