Order "Brotherhood And Unity".

It's been so long since I've posted a new purchase here (aside from 2 small bars). Since I've finally got a job I felt I should buy something to celebrate. And here it is.
Got it from eBay for $20 plus $6 S&H. Not a bad deal although there is a some enamel damage at the 12 o'clock position.
I took some nice shots of the silver hallmarks and of the serial number. Notice the shadows around the second 6 and the 5. What's that about?
This has a nice silver screwnut marked IKOM ZAGREB. Sorry, that image came out like crapola.
So you all know this is 48mm at it's widest part.

I'm curious- how do you explain the "III" on the box lid if there is no third class?

And what about the back of the order with no serial number and no hallmark. In my opinion these could truly be prototypes orders from the IKOM.
