Badge "Petrograd Infantry School Of The RKKA".

Jussi-Pekka,

I don't know for how they've being awarded, but it has to be a very short period, and probably a very limited number of these were made, so I am very suspicious when I see a bunch of them suddenly become available.

Alexei,

You are absolutely right!

Any idea when the RKKA order to take awaý these Finnish words from the badges was given?

Nice patinated badge.

But as you sure know there very different kind of patina and it mostly depends how and in which conditions the badge has been. So that will give a sign but not tell the whole truth for age.

And the pictures are difficult because the camera flash, scanning method etc.
