Этот вид общественной деятельности основывался натрадициях российского общества лотереи. организаций, помимо болеесеми тысяч. Благотворительное напервые вестио беженцах и велись по двум основным направлениям:сборы шли на помощьсражающейся армии,чтобы восполнитьнехватку припасов, амуниции, медикаментов,и благотворительная работапомощи раненым, инвалидам,беженцам, сиротам воинов.
