Thisis GUARANTEED 100% ORIGINAL badge issued during the communist era, not apost-Soviet issue, replica or souvenir.
Thebadge is made in anodized aluminum and enamel paint. It is quite large, measuring approx. 63.8 mm tall x 41.2 mm wide. There is a raised Cyrillic logo ЗСЗ (“ZSZ”)of the Moscow Sports Badges Factory.
Thebadge is in EXCELLENT condition and includes fully functional pin attachment. On the reverse, there is a hand-engraved number 0476 which was probably addedby the original owner of the badge, perhaps the serial number of an ID orsimilar document.
