Here are the Medals that accompany the diploma. "For Outstanding Merits" to the Federation Of Body-building And Fitness Of Russia, in Gold, Silver and Bronze.
These are GIANT 95mm by 15.5mm. Here's Gold.

Those rings wouldn't last a day if they were actually being worn as they are supposed to be I think.... Talk about cutting costs! You really wouldn't want one landing on your toes though.......
