📌 DESCRIPTION
This distinctive 426th Brigade Support Battalion “Taskmasters” challenge coin brings together Command Team recognition, 101st Airborne identity, and the battalion’s sustainment mission in one unusually shaped design. The visible Lieutenant Colonel and Command Sergeant Major insignia, paired with “AWARDED FOR EXCELLENCE,” give the coin a clear command-recognition focus while the club-shaped silhouette connects visually with the 1st Brigade Combat Team “Bastogne” identity.
One side prominently displays the 426th BSB distinctive unit insignia and its motto, “TO THE TASK,” beneath the 101st Airborne Division’s Screaming Eagle imagery. The surrounding LTC and CSM rank insignia reinforce the Command Team connection, while the perimeter references the unit’s service legacy through WWII, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The lower point carries the historic 101st Airborne phrase “RENDEZVOUS WITH DESTINY.”
The opposite side emphasizes the battalion’s broad support mission. “AWARDED FOR EXCELLENCE” appears above the Air Assault Badge, while Quartermaster, Transportation, Ordnance, Medical, and Army Logistics symbols represent the range of specialties required to sustain combat formations. Together, the artwork gives the coin strong relevance for collectors of the 101st Airborne Division, 1st BCT Bastogne, logistics units, Command Team coins, and Army sustainment history.

The custom club-shaped profile, crisp unit markings, and contrasting enamel remain highly readable and display well from either side.
As with most pre-owned collectible challenge coins, light evidence of handling, display, storage, or age may be present. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description and provide the best representation of the exact coin you will receive.
📸 Photos are taken under high-intensity lighting to highlight fine details, sculpting, and finish. This lighting may reveal minor surface characteristics that are often less noticeable during normal display.
