Кружечный сбор. Кружечные сборы времен Первой Мировой Войны - одна изпримечательных страниц российской благотворительности. Этот вид общественной деятельности основывался натрадициях российского общества лотереи. организаций, помимо болеесеми тысяч. Кружечные сборы, скорее всего, берут начало из денег прихожанами в церковные кружки.Такогорода "не публичность", позволяет дарующему с суммой пожертвования.С другой стороны,вскрытие кружки уполномоченным лицом после окончаниясборов давало возможность избежатьутечки средств,поэтому к процессу можно было привлекать даже детей. Перед Первой Мировой, для сбора организовалось и набирало силу сувениров, которые получили название«знаки кружечных сборов» - от обычных по виду марокили этикеток,до аппликаций из бумаги, проволоки и ткани. Мероприятия проводились целый день и для того, чтобы не просить пожертвования у одних и тех же людей,сталивыпускать специальные знаки (значки), которые после того, как деньги опускалисьв кружку.Эти знаки прикалывали к одежде. При этом, достигалась ещеодна цель - общественное мнение порицало тех,кто оказывалсябез этого знака, что естественно повышало сборы. Начало Первой Мировой отличалось подъемом среди населения, но не готовой к войне сразу нанескольких фронтах. Благотворительное напервые вестио беженцах и велись по двум основным направлениям:сборы шли на помощьсражающейся армии,чтобы восполнитьнехватку припасов, амуниции, медикаментов,и благотворительная работапомощи раненым, инвалидам,беженцам, сиротам воинов.
