1950 PRC Liberation of Central-South China Commemorative Medal PLA Soldier For Sale

1950 Liberation of Central-South China Commemorative Medal, issued by the Central-South Military and Political Committee to PLA troops who took part in the 1949-50 campaign. One of the 1950 regional liberation medal series.
Front: PLA soldier holding the flag, ringed by a wheat-and-gear wreath, with red Chinese characters reading 'Liberation of Central-South China Commemorative Medal' and the date 1950 below.
Reverse: stamped 'Issued by the Central-South Military and Political Committee.' Below the stamp is a hand-scratched character (Wang) - believed to be the original recipient soldier's surname, scratched in by hand, as was commonly done.
Condition: honest vintage wear. Paint/enamel loss on the front, patina overall, and green verdigris spots on the reverse (see photos). Pin-back is intact. I have NOT cleaned or polished it - sold exactly as found.
Please study the photos and ask any questions before buying. Vintage militaria sold as a collectible, described exactly as it presents.
