The Flying Laboratoryis the first scientific institution of Soviet aviation. Created on March 24, 1918
at the Moscow Technical School in order to study the problems of aerodynamics and aircraft industry.
It was organized by the forces of the Moscow airfield and the MTU aerodynamic laboratory.B. I. Rossinsky became
“flying laboratory” by the “flying laboratory”, the scientific and technical part - Professor N.E. Zhukovsky,
to manage the scientific and technical partand the balloon was headed by N.D. Anoshchenko. Subsequently,
the largest Soviet and Russian aviationThe Scientific Center is TsAGI. Already on May 11, in the same year,
in their presence, the first balloon, specially equipped for experiments, rose into the air.
The laboratory included two departments: aircraft engaged in aircraft, and aerostat, the tasks of which included
the study of aerodynamics, ballistics, study of the effect of flight on the human body and meteorological observation
for aviation needs. At the end of 1919, the \"flying laboratory\" was closed due to material difficulties. \"
