The Belarusian Union of Journalists (BAJ), a Belarusian association of journalists, was established in 1995.
It was liquidated and deprived of State registration by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Belarusian Republic on August 27, 2021.
By decision of the same institution in 2023 it was recognized as an extremist formation.
