Complete 1987 USSR Soviet Air Force WWII Commemorative 7-Pin Badge Set Box Paper For Sale

This listing is for an exceptionally rare, museum-quality piece of Cold War and Soviet military militaria: a 100% complete, intact 7-piece Soviet Air Force (ВВС СССР) Commemorative Badge and Pin Set.
Minted in 1987 at the historic Mytishchi Factory of Experimental and Souvenir Products just outside Moscow, this historically significant collection honors the legendary aircraft and pilots who served during the Great Patriotic War (World War II) from 1941 to 1945.
Although listed under \'s \"Used\" condition category due to its vintage status, this set is an immaculate survival piece in pristine \"New Old Stock\" condition. It has never been worn, altered, or handled outside of storage.
The central focal point of the presentation is a heavy, beautifully detailed shield badge showcasing a Soviet bomber flying over a blue-and-gold sunburst sky, layered over the iconic Order of the Patriotic War emblem.
Surrounding the central shield are six distinct aircraft identification pins representing the backbones of Soviet wartime aviation, including iconic fighters and ground-attack legends like the Il-2 Sturmovik, Yak-3, La-7, and the I-16.What elevates this collection into a true investor-grade archival piece is the inclusion of its original factory-issued paper invoice and quality inspection slip (OTK).
Finding this with the fragile paper ephemera insert intact after nearly four decades is nearly impossible, as they were almost universally discarded by veterans and collectors. The paper features the official state standard code (ОСТ 25 1289-87), confirming its exact 1987 production window during the final years of the Soviet Union under Mikhail Gorbachev.
All seven pins remain attached to their original factory-issued orange cardboard display backing panel. Every pin features fully functional, unbroken safety-pin style back clasps and vivid, unfaded enamel work with zero chips, cracks, or repairs.
This is an unparalleled opportunity to add a fully documented, flawlessly preserved piece of Soviet military history to your archive. The set will be wrapped in heavy archival protection and shipped out quickly with full tracking.
