Fine Etched blade by Horster of Germany. No movement between hilt and blade. Etched on blade spine…IRON PROOF, denoting the finest of blade construction and function. The hilt has beautiful lines and is made of steel. Rayskin on the handle grip with original twisted wire wrap. Hilt has steel back strap connecting the guard and pommel…very strong design and one that protects the grip… as is evident. Sorry No scabbard though the sword fits the standard scabbards of the time as well as many reproductions.
