FN RIFLE BAYONET For Sale

UP FOR SALE :
FN rifle bayonet . I do not know the application this fits . I have many WW1 WW2 bayonets but this one I do not know .
it has the FN logo very faint on the ricasso , with a 3 2 over F on the other side . also the pommel has the number 32 on it .the hilt has peen marks on one edge of it . blade has wear associated with use for sure . dull and gray , maybe has been cleaned in its past life ,as I do not know the history of this bayonet . wood grips have a ding or small gouge on the edge of one panel shown in photos. now the muzzle ring is larger than a standard mauser rifle muzzle size . this muzzle ring measures 15.64mm. so its slightly larger diameter than a standard Mauser muzzle ring . also, note that the distance from the muzzle ring to the blade spine is farther apart as shown in a this side by side comparison of a VZ24 bayonet and this FN bayonet . Just be aware it is NOT for a regular Mauser 98 .I do not think it is for the FN 49 which I believe is 17mm . Also not for a Spanish Mauser M43 M44 with the adapter or not .So look over the photos and research this one ,see if it can be something you would like to have . Ive had this in the collection for years , time for another to enjoy it .Seems to be a rare one and I never found out what it could fit .
One final note : the muzzle ring is not EXACTLY centered ,meaning its opening is slightly OFFSET to one side as MANUFACTURED. ,whichhas been said to have happened being produced for a specific rifle pattern . YES its perfectly round , no damage to it ,it just another unusual curiosity of this bayonet .I think the odd or rarer pieces are pretty interesting finds .
No guarantee of fitment to any specific rifle or pattern .
