Early Mid 19th Century Masonic Sword w/Knights Templar ScabbardUp for sale is a very unusual "mating" of a 19th century Masonic sword with a Knights Templar nickeled scabbard. The sword itself may date back to the 1850-60s as it has an early eliptical blade and cast brass hilt with bone or ivory grips. The blade is smooth and in very good condition as is the hilt and grips. The scabbard has some patina along with nickel plating but appears later. The early sword may have had a deteriorated leather scabbard and was fitted later in a more ample unit. Certainly attractive in appearance. Thank you for looking at us. Our terms are very simple.
