Selling this beautiful French fighter pilot's flight helmet type-313 from the 60s / early 70s. The helmet is painted with the fighter squadron "Escadron de Chasse" 2/5 Île-de-France livery.
Fighter squadron "Escadron de Chasse"(EC) 2/5 Île-de-France was originally created by WWII free France's leader général de Gaulle on October 20th 1941. The squadron initial name was Free French Squadron 340 and was part of the Royal Air Force. The squadron was very successful and decorated during WWII.
The helmet is in Paris, France, but I will ship internationally including the US, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, etc. at the actual international shipping cost. For those destinations, insured shipping with tracking is ~$75 / €70, and around €40 for Europe. I will reimburse you the shipping cost difference if any, so don' worry about that.
Please note that I am trimming my collection so have a look at my other flight-related items including numerous amazing USN and AAF flight helmets and jackets (G1, M422a, ANJ-3, 55J14, 7823 (AER), 7823 A, 7823 B, A2, B3, M445, L2B, B-15C, etc.).
