Measures 2” wide by 11 3/8” long. The front two straps are flat silver bullion wire sewn onto a black velvet backing. The top dagger clip is maker marked ‘DRGM’. The bottom two clips are in fine working order. The metal rectangle buckles have the oak leaf motif. RARE. Excellent plus condition.
