The War Memorial Cross 1992-1995 was an awardofthe Croatian RepublicofHerceg-Bosna.It was instituted in accordance with the "Law on Service in the Armed Forcesofthe Croatian RepublicofHerceg-Bosna", by the "Regulation on the AwardingoftheOrder". The War Memorial Cross was awarded to all ranksofthe armed forcesofthe Croatian RepublicofHerceg-Bosna, which included the establishmentofthe first "professional" military units (especially the motorized Guard Brigade "Ante Bruno Bušić") during the Bosnian war, for those that had rendered outstanding service.
