Frank Lesliewas perhaps best known for his documentation of the Civil War in his Illustrated Weekly Newspaper that chronicled the war. The best of these illustrations were reissued in combined volumes and histories after thewar.Hesentartists to the battle fieldsto sketch the events, which were then brought back to his printing company where they were cleaned up and turned into illustrations.The print is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as seen in the first pic.Overall, avery nicely preserved print that would frame up well!

Condition:It isin Very Good to Excellent condition for its age with light tonal aging, basically as seen in the pics. It is a half page print that has been cropped for framing. Overall, itis very clean and would frame up nicely, see the pics for more on condition.The pics are of the actual print.
