The obverse displays the Operations Group emblem with bold multi-color enamel and the motto “Train the Force”, framed by a detailed sunburst border.
The reverse is marked “Presented by the Command Team – For Excellence” and features a U.S. Army eagle above a senior enlisted insignia, identifying this coin as a command-level presentation piece intended to recognize performance and professionalism within the NTC training environment.
Coins of this type were produced for internal recognition and presentation rather than retail sale, making them a meaningful addition for collectors of Army training command memorabilia, NTC alumni, and challenge coin enthusiasts.
