Aluminum, and i believe zink, Cap deaths head badge/button. RZM stamped, early issued example of the Aluminum insignia worn on the M34 overseas cap still has very crisp skull with great pebbling background and raised deaths head. Intact with no issues to speak of (see photos)
Been in the collection for decades ... in one of the photos, I've included a cut and pasted photo of current asking price on other Militaria websites to give the buyer an idea of what originals are selling for now.
