The TELKOM RWT Storczyk-74 is a specialized Polish rotary telephone developed in the mid-1970s on a modified Aster-72 platform. Designed with dedicated rear DIN-5 output ports, this unit was engineered to interface directly with portable cassette recorders—specifically the Unitra ZRK MK125 (built under Thomson license)—allowing direct monitoring and recording of landline calls. Due to these surveillance capabilities, these modified setups were utilized by state institutions, the civic militia (Milicja Obywatelska), and security services during the Cold War era. Originally slated for release in late 1974 under the designation "Krokus-74", the model entered production shortly after as the "Storczyk-74".
