This is in good condition.
The introduction states;
“In the Spring of 1958 the Labour Party and the Trades Union Congress issued a declara- tion of policy on disarmament and nuclear war. We reaffirm the basic principles of that declara- tion. Since then there have been several important international developments which point to the need for amplifying our policy. The chief events we have in mind are the Soviet declarations on Berlin and the subsequent con- ference of Foreign Ministers, the Geneva Conference on Nuclear Tests, new information on radia- tion hazards, and the prospect that France will soon test her first nuclear weapon.”
