This lantern was originally made in 1906-08 (Pre WW1) and this same lantern was used during WW1. Stonebridge Folding Lantern~I folded it up partially as shown in my last two photos but decided against folding it completely up! The Mica (isinglass) Windows are In Great Shape but there is a small hole on the side window, which I’ve tried to show. I start folding it up by pushing the bottom up— but you’ll want to be careful to not ruin the isinglass. It is lit up with a candle and the back panel is shiny and reflects the light like a mirror.
