Unique leave-motif collar for official uniform tunic of a european diplomat. Worn in the 1950s-1960s by diplomats, masters of ceremonies of royal palace, high-ranking courtiers and ambassadors as per sample photo (last image). Handsewn in 100% metallic gold wire bullion on black wool fabric.
Length of motif is 15 and 3/4 inch, or 40 cm.
