RARE WW II ALBANIA SUBMARINE OFFICER UNIFORM RANK SHOULDER BOARDS For Sale

This sale is for an extremely RARE WW II ALBANIA NAVY SUBMARINE OFFICER UNIFORM RANK SHOULDER BOARDS Portfolio. This item is obsolete and no longer authorized by the Albania Navy Submarine Force. I received this item from an Albania Naval Officer back in the 1980's. It is from WW II and over 70 years old. This portfolio has examples of all the different Albania Naval Submarine Rank Uniform Shoulder Boards. Albania no longer has submarines in their Navy. I am not sure if the Albania Rank Shoulder Boards have changed. Please contact me if you have any questions. I only have one of these portfolios and I only know of one other one to exist. A fellow submarine insignia collector obtained one from the same person (Albanian Naval Officer) and he sold it to "Jane's Fighting Ships" and it was incorporated into one of Jane's yearly periodicals.U.S. offerS ONLY (unless you preform an international sale through the Global Shipping Program - I ship the item to a U.S. address and the program ship's it to the sale winners country). I DO NOT CONTROL WHAT THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM CHARGES. I will combine shipping costs, as long as the sales are only a day or so apart. Contact me if you want to combine shipping or if you have any questions. CHECK OUT MY OTHER sales (Submarine related items - Insignia, Badges, Challenge Coins, Cigarette Lighters, etc.).
