Rare Rev War Cannon Sponge Bucket w/wrought iron original handle For Sale

This is an original cannon sponge bucket from the Rev War & bought decades ago from a picker in Gettysburg Pa. It is coated to waterproof the bucket and shows use during the War. Was told when bought it came out of the Saratoga area. I have had this for over 40 years and have never been able to buy another! Unlike the double sprue balls being sold that are rock mining balls this piece is original and real. I have only ever had 2 pieces waterproofed this way. May be returned with in 7 days of delivery but buyer will need to pay shipping with insurance to and from.
