Russian/Soviet-style Veteran of the Navy commemorative medal badge with blue-and-white ribbon suspension. This preowned piece is marked ВЕТЕРАН at the top and ВМФ at the bottom, translating to Veteran of the Navy.
The center medallion features a blue enamel design with a submarine profile, parachute, aircraft, and diver/swimmer motif, commonly associated with naval special operations or reconnaissance themes. The pentagonal ribbon mount is wrapped in a light blue ribbon with white and dark blue edge stripes.
Please review all photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition and details, as they are part of the description. This is believed to be a commemorative or memorial veteran badge rather than an official state combat decoration.
